Total Eye Health - Our office is part of this community. We want you to have sharp vision and great comfort with your glasses and contact lenses. The health of your eyes is our major concern. Different prescriptions require certain frame styles and lens treatments for your glasses to perform and look great. Our trained opticians can guide you through this process. Our dispensary has over 1500 frames from which to choose, including a large selection of children's frames. We can help you find the perfect size, shape and color of frame that's right for all family members. When it comes to contact lenses we offer a full spectrum of the latest and best performing products. Even if you've been told before that you can't wear lenses, we may have a solution that's right for you.

Warranty - 

Your finest quality eyewear is warranted for a full year from the date of purchase.

 Lenses.  Our lens treatments are the hardest, most durable surface protection available.  However, any lens (including glass) can scratch or break.  Please follow recommended procedures for care and cleaning.  Replacement of any lenses purchased which include scratch resistant coating is limited to once in a 12 month period.  Lens replacement must be the original prescription.  This warranty does not cover loss, theft, abuse or hairline scratches which have no effect on vision.

 Frames.  If your frames break under normal wearing conditions, we will repair or replace them free of charge once in a 12 month period.

 Returned glasses.  Glasses are a custom made item.   Your lenses are custom made to your prescription and are cut to fit exactly into the frame you have chosen.  These lenses cannot be reused in another frame or for another patient.  If you do not like your frame after it has been purchased we will exchange it for a period of up to 30 days.  There will be a restocking fee of 25% of the full price of the frame and lenses before any discounts that were negotiated by vision insurance plans. If Izon lenses are returned there will be a 35% restocking fee.

                                Adaptation Period For New Eyewear

 A period of adaptation is expected with any new eyewear.  Even with no change in prescription, you may experience some symptoms of neural adaptation.  This is due to your brain adapting to differences in the optical characteristics that are inherent to each lens.  Large changes in prescription are expected to cause more difficulty with adaptation.  Adaptation will be easier if you wear only your new eyewear for the first few days to two weeks after getting new lenses.  Any discomfort, blurred vision, distortion, or imbalance caused by adaptation should diminish within those two weeks.  If you have these symptoms after two weeks have passed, please return to the office so we can address the problem.  We will do anything we can to make your new eyewear comfortable, including adjusting the frames, rechecking the prescription and remaking the lenses.  Remaking the lenses will be free of charge for a period up to 90 days from the date of purchase.  If you are having problems with your new eyewear, please return before the end of that 90 day period.  After that there will be a restocking fee for any lenses that need to be remade.  The amount of the fee will depend on the type of lens, lens treatments, and the lens manufacturers return policy.
